Report: Katy Perry Rejects "American Idol" Deal
In the midst of recent “American Idol” judging rumors, it appears that Katy Perry has rejected to be a part of the panel.
According to TMZ, the 27-year-old singer reportedly rejected a $20 million offer to judge the hit talent competition, claiming that her decision was a matter of scheduling and other considerations, not money.
Although negotiations between FOX and Miss Perry have not been confirmed, it appears that the “Part of Me” star is not going to be joining the show as a judge alongside Mariah Carey.
In recent reports from GossipCenter, it does appear that Nicki Minaj and Kanye West are in the running to join “Idol” along with Nick Jonas and Keith Urban.
