Heidi Klum: Looking at Legal Action Over Topless Pictures
She tends to be a private person, so when topless photos of Heidi Klum began making their rounds this week, she was furious.
The “Project Runway” hottie was photographed sans top while on holiday with her boyfriend Martin Kirsten in the South of France, and she’s carefully considering her legal options.
Given that Kate Middleton is dealing with the same type of fiasco, Klum appears to be waiting to see what will happen with her before mounting her own lawsuits.
According to an insider, “Heidi is upset that her personal life was violated because she was on a private and secluded beach at the time the pics were taken.”
